Hsin Chong Group Holdings Restricted (新昌營造集團有限公司; SEHK: 404) or just Hsin Chong (新昌) was a serious building firm in Hong Kong.

Within the late Nineties, Hsin Chong was concerned in a scandal over short-piling. Consequently, the corporate was banned from bidding for presidency contracts between 1999 and 2002.[1]
Current developments[edit]
Hsin Chong’s HK$5.9 billion contract with the Hong Kong Authorities’s West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) for building of the M+ Museum was terminated on 17 August 2018 on grounds of Hsin Chong’s insolvency and poor efficiency inflicting “significant delays”, although the allegations had been denied by Hsin Chong administration.[6]
