How do you answer what can you contribute?
I’m a big fan of the idea of being a part of something bigger than yourself. I’m not a fan at all of what’s going on in the world. It’s not about me.
, I think, is a great example of that. He’s a very talented guy, but he’s also a guy who’s very self-centered. And I don’t think he has a lot of self confidence. So I try to be a good example for him. That’s what I do.

I think it’s really important to have a vision. I think that’s what we’re trying to do. We’re really trying not to be a company that just does what’s popular.

I’m a big believer in the importance of being a team player. I’m not a person who likes to be alone. So I try to make sure that I have a good team around me.
, I’ve been working with a lot of different people, and I think that’s one of the biggest things that makes me successful. It’s not just about me, it’s about the team. And I believe that if you’re a leader, you have to have the ability to communicate with people. You have got to know what’s going on in their heads. If you don’t, then you can’t do anything. That’s why I always try and be a little bit more open-minded. When I was younger, my parents would always tell me to always be open to new things. But now, when I get older, they’re telling me that it doesn’t matter what I do, because I’ll always have someone to talk to. They’re always telling you to keep your head up, keep working hard, but you’ve got a job to do.
