Ng my 5th bottle of this B complex, so I feel qualified to leave a review on their efficacy.
Severe headaches, muscular pain, depression, nausea, insomnia, night sweats, and a seeming inability to get warm. I had numerous tests from my GP, with nothing apparently wrong with me. The only abnormalities I could find were borderline low B12, B9 and low-ish electrolytes.
After introducing magnesium and vitamin C, things did improve slightly. However, it wasn’t until I started taking this B complex that I noticed a dramatic improvement in my symptoms. I used to go to bed fully clothed, with 2 duvets and an extra blanket.
My daughter used to laugh at me. Within 2 months of taking this supplement, and I was wearing regular PJ’s and just the 2 duvets (haha). 4 months in, and my temperature at night has completely normalised.
However, I do believe the magnesium and high-strength C have also had an effect on these symptoms.
