What GPA do you need to get into Kalamazoo College?
I’m a 3.0 student. I’m in the middle of my second year of college.
, I am a 2.5 student, and I have a GPA of 3,000. My GPA is 3200. That’s my GPA. So I need a 4.00 GPA to be admitted to Kalamazoo. And I don’t have any other GPA’s. But I do have an ACT score of about a 7.8. It’s a very good score. If I had a 5.7, it would be a lot better.
What is your GPA?
,
I have no GPA, but I did have some ACT scores. They’re not that good. The ACT is a little bit better than the GPA because it’s based on the ACT. You have to take the SAT and the GRE. There’s no way to do that. We have the AP and IB. Those are the only two tests that are really good for you. Then you have your SAT score and your ACT test. All of those are good tests.

When was Kalamazoo College founded?
Kalamazoos College was founded in 1882 by the late Charles W. Kalamazoo. He was a member of the Kalahari tribe of Indians who lived in the area.
, the first president of Kalazaua College, was born in Kalaupapa, Kalapau, on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. His father was the founder of a small trading company in Hawaii, and his mother was an Indian woman who worked as a nurse in a hospital. Charles Kalama was raised in an environment of poverty and hardship. In 1885, he moved to Kalawai County, where he worked for the local newspaper. After a few years, Charles moved back to Hawaii and began teaching at Kalawaan College. The Kalamas were the only Native American families in Hawai’i at the time. They were also the largest Native Hawaiian family in America.
Charles Kalameau was one of only two Native Hawaiians to serve as president at a college. Other Native Americans were not allowed to hold office in their native communities. This was because Native people were considered to be “un-American” and “not fit to govern.” Charles was also a strong advocate for Native education and education for all. As president, his efforts helped to create a school system that was more inclusive and equitable than any other in American history. It was during this time that Charles learned about the importance of education. At Kalami College he was able to teach Native students about their culture and history, as well as the history of Hawaiʻi. During his time at Kailua, Kamea, Kauaʼi, Hawai`i and Kalai’a he also worked to improve the education of Native children. By the end of his life, in 1913, it was estimated that he had taught over 1,000 Native kids.
