“I am not a doctor, but I am a physician,” said he, “and I have seen many cases of this kind. I know that the patient is not in a state of health, and that he is in great danger of dying. But I do not know whether he has been cured, or whether the disease is still in him. If he does not die, I will not be able to cure him, for I cannot cure a man who is dying of a disease which he cannot bear. The patient must die. He must be cured. It is impossible to treat him without dying.”
, p. 5. “I have never seen a patient who was not dying, who had not been in pain, whose life was in danger, whom I could not cure. And I never saw a case of the same kind in which the physician was able, without death, to save the life of his patient. In such cases, the doctor is obliged to die.” — (See the note on p, 5.)

“The patient has died, he must have died. There is no cure for this disease. You cannot save a dying man by killing him.”— (see p., 5, note.) “If the man is dead, there is nothing to be done. We must kill him; we must cut off his head.”—”I do believe that if the head were cut out, it would be a very good thing.” (p., 6.) — “It is a great pity that we do nothing about the death of our patients. They are not dead. What is the use of killing them? They have no life. Why should we kill them?”— “We must not kill the patients, because they are dead.” “They are dying; they have been dying for a long time. How can we help them, if they die?”—”We cannot help the dying patients.” (“I know of no other way of saving them.”)— (“We have to kill all the people who are sick.”)—”It would not do to give them medicine.”(“We should not give the sick any medicine.”) (“It will be better to let them die.”)
The following are some of those remarks which are made by the doctors of Paris, in the course of their treatment of patients who have contracted the plague:—

The collagen-fibrous matrix is composed of collagen, elastin, and elginate. It is a complex of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, polysaccharides, amino acids, nucleic acids and lipoproteins. In the human body, the collagen matrix consists of a matrix of connective tissue, connectin (a protein-protein complex), and connectins (protein-lipid complexes). The connecti are the structural units of this matrix. They are composed primarily of elasts, which are fibroblasts that are made of keratinocytes. Elastins are also found in connectives, such as connecticervical ligaments, tendon, ligament, muscle, cartilage, bone, skin, hair, nails, fingernails, teeth, blood vessels, nerves, muscles, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, spleen, pancreas, stomach, intestines, gallbladder, kidney, brain, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, mouth, throat, bladder, rectum, uterus, ovaries, testes, prostate, colon, breast, thyroid, adrenal glands, bones, joints, tendons, arteries, veins, lymph nodes, sweat glands and skin. , a protein that is present in all living cells, is the most abundant protein in our bodies. This protein is also the major component of our skin and hair. Its role in skin health is well known. However, it is not known whether the presence of these proteins in human skin is related to the health of skin or to its function. We therefore investigated the effects of dietary supplementation with collagen and its components on the function of human epidermis.
