In a LAN, a vlan is simply a group of Vnets. For example, if you have two Vlvans connected, they are called a subnet. If you want to connect two different subnets, you would create two subvnets and then connect them to one another. You can create multiple sublanes, as long as they share the exact same subnetwork, called the “subnet”.
