Fruits And Vegetables
Citrus fruits, dark green vegetables, berries, melon, tomatoes and potatoes are all good sources of vitamin C. Peas, potatoes and legumes provide thiamine and pantothenic acid, dark green vegetables provide riboflavin and all of these vegetables provide vitamin B-6.
Folate is found in dark green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, legumes and citrus fruits, and biotin is found in most fresh vegetables. Whole grains provide these vitamins naturally, but refined grains only provide minimal levels of these nutrients unless they have been added back after processing.
