Once the layer is completely solidified, remove it from the bowl with your fingers and place it on a clean plate to dry. Do not use your hands to remove this gel from your plates. Use a paper towel to wipe off the excess gel and then place the plates back on your counter. Repeat this process for the remaining ingredients.
