2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp almond flour
5 tbsp water
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add the almond mixture to the cream and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 inch springform pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
