The only vitamin of any credible amount in here is D3, all the rest are incredibly low. Not a balanced supplement at all, so please be aware and if you have a particularly picky eater, then I’d advise you look elsewhere for a more complete multi vitamin. You can’t give more than the recommended amount here because that would be too much vit d so it’s not great reall.
