200mgs of Lecthin, 50mcgs of Selenium, 7,500 IUs Vitamin A, 250mgs of Vitamin C, 100 IUs Vitamin E and 20mgs of Zinc.
That said, it will not really help with fertility, except for the fact that someone who is deficient in these vital nutrients may have trouble getting pregnant or carrying a baby to full term.

Sat, July 7, 2012 Just came out of the hospital after a 10-day confinement for a low risk or mild community acquired pneumonia in my lower left lung. Since my admission in the hospital & until now that i have alteady been discharged for a couple of days, i have been taking Vigor Ace. I am aware of its health benefits.
