The Proposal
The appliance was referred to the Board of the
Surroundings Safety Authority (the Board) for evaluation beneath the
Environmental Administration and Air pollution Management Act 1994 (EMPCA).
Public Exhibition of Documentation
A replica of the allow utility and all plans and different documentation submitted with the allow utility (together with the EER) we made out there for public inspection. The general public session interval has now closed.
