– For a more sedentary day, take 2. 1 in the am and 1 in the afternoon. – For a really busy day, take 4

– Take 2 at a time for a good burst in energy

– If you’re on your period and it effects your energy levels, take 1 more (but I wouldn’t exceed taking more than 4 total)

Last tip: these don’t work very well if you’re dehydrated- nothing in your body does lol.
